I absolutely loved this movie. From start to finish I was smiling, laughing, crying. The acting is amazing, the cinematography is stellar, editing and dialogue is quippy, and you fall in love with the characters. it’s funny and absolutely charming. Shia, Dakota, and Zack are all amazing, and this is the feel-good movie of the year.

I found the story to be touching and sweet. Pretty much a feel-good movie. Loved the family. Beautiful cinematography in Antarctica!
Cate Blanchett was brilliant, as always, and I loved Kristen Wiig and Laurence Fishburne’s characters too. I thought all of the main characters were believable and relatable.

There is non-stop action, a lot of muscles, a lot of machines, and even some cute girls. The few times the movie does pause for some character development, it was so clumsy I thought that they better get back to the action. Some over the top action scenes and great chemistry between the leads are the only thing this movie has to offer, while one dimensional villains and side characters and a third act that comes out of left field sink it into mediocrity
If you just want to waste your money then this movie is for you.

Sure, you can say the acting was great, the costume and set designs were amazing which they were, even the fact that the film had all the actors they could get their hands on. The main thing missing from this movie was a plot.
I especially loved the true-grit nature of Brad Pitt’s character (and his dog). And kudos to the rest of the cast, including DiCaprio, who flexed his considerable acting talent, and also to the young lady (Julia Butters) who played an eight-year-old actress on one of the sets.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood demonstrates a more mellowed Quentin Tarantino touch but it’s far from a departure. I suspect audiences that normally can’t stomach the assaulting violence and shock of the Tarantino brand may very well enjoy this film.

This movie is Amazing!!! The imagery and colors are remarkable.
You just can’t help but admire the amount of work they have put into the visuals and the cinematography. I’m truly grateful that I’m living in this era to be able to watch such an amazing remake of the cartoon. The music was phenomenal. Beyoncé really brought Nala to life but the show stealers were Seth Rogen as Pumba and Billy Eichner as Timon.
It is an unparalleled viewing experience.

Same jokes, same villains, same great visuals, same predictable writing, same dialogues, same as the 30 marvel movies before it.
Loved Zendaya as MJ, and her deadpan delivery. Hated Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, way too young and sexy for Uncle Ben of “with great power comes great responsibility”
The flow of the movie is very predictable and dull, and the writing is sub-par even for a “fun action movie”. Perhaps I would enjoy it if I was 15 instead of 70, since a lot of the dialogues and events depicted in the film are very childish, and it seems as though the targeted audience was exclusively teenagers. Very corny, unoriginal & predictable writing.
Save your money.

This film is an absolutely beautiful story that depicts the Beatles’ success in a unique and brilliant way.
Himesh Patel (Jack Malik) is absolutely perfect for his role. Lily James (Ellie Appleton) is also the perfect person for her role as she depicts a very sweet school teacher who has been desperate for Jack to love her since they met. This is also why the romantic element in this film is flawless and heartwarming, particularly towards the end of the film.
The film is also very funny and all the cast do an excellent job of making the audience laugh. Ed Sheeran (playing himself) is hilarious and I am very glad that he agreed to be a part of this film.
Do you enjoy the Beatles and their songs? Comedy? Romance? Fantasy? If you enjoy any of these things, I guarantee you will love this film!

I was expecting a typical fluff summer chick flick…instead I enjoyed a film which, while definitely funny, had some real “meat” to its plot.
I think this is an underrated film that a lot of people are just not ready to see. It really puts a mirror up to our society and ourselves, and we all know how uncomfortable that can get. Mindy Kaling hits on a lot of different issues from racism to ageism to gender disparity in a really clever and playful way, which helped to make the tone of the film rather light despite the seriousness of these issues.
Emma Thompson brings a vulnerability to her stern, strait laced character who is stuck in her own ways. Mindy’s character gets hired to work for Emma’s Late Night talk show to help get it back on track to avoid cancellation. Mindy is incredibly charming, sweet and very opinionated in her role. These two ladies knock it out of the park and will make you laugh and cry. It’s not every day we get to see a team up like this. The story is passionate, the jokes are hilarious, and the emotions are sincere. Watching the expert acting John Lithgow was an unexpected joy.
If smart and witty comedy is your thing, this is definitely worth a watch!

Aladdin is a complete triumph.
Will Smith, as the Genie, had some very large Robin Williams shoes to fill. Smith admittedly did not want to recreate perfection but instead put his own spin on the character while still maintaining the nostalgia of the role. It’s fair to say it was a success.
As for Mena Massoud (a fairly unknown actor) who played the title character, he was simply perfect for the role. He looked the part, had an excellent singing voice and managed to capture the cheeky charisma of the character brilliantly well. With some excellent dance scenes and some hilarious comedy timing with costar Smith, Massoud was a truly wonderful casting choice for the film. He really is the real-life Aladdin. It wasn’t just Massoud and Smith who stood out either. Naomi Scott (Princess Jasmine) and Marwan Kenzari (Jafar) gave an equally believable performance in recreating these characters. Naomi’s out of this world singing voice was enough to send shivers down your spine whilst the villainous stare and evil tongue of Kenzari did not disappoint. A film is only as strong as its actors and everyone in Aladdin did a phenomenal job.
