Lily James is the fairest, kindest Cinderella as is Richard Madden the handsomest, kindest of princes. Their chemistry is intoxicating for us all as our hearts leap along with theirs at the sight of one another. The movie is a visual feast in every moment with the most magnificent scenery and special effects! The making of the princess and her carriage by a wonderfully played fairy godmother (Helena Bonham Carter) is cleverly done with a nice nuance shed in the possibility of reaping a reward for doing an act of kindness for a stranger.
