Another cartoon come to life. This is pretty good with lots of action. Unfortunately the villain is not very well defined. Why would anyone want to take over New York City? Too big a headache for me. The best scene is in the closing credits when two of the turtles hide on the billboard.

An interesting little known fact is that the comedian Gallagher owns the rights to the Turtles.
